Quitting All Nicotine, For Good.

After 9 years i’ve finally decided to stop smoking cigarettes, chew, and quit nicotine for good.

It is abrupt, its going to be tough for a little while… But it is time.

Reasons Why I Have Decided To Stop Smoking…

It is a psychological addiction & a senseless habit… One without any real benefits.

Smoking actually induces more stress than it “mythically relieves.”

It hinders my physical fitness & endurance as an athlete.

Smoking is actually self-inflicted suffocation.

It will kill me.

It is poison.

Will enjoy food more, and awaken more taste buds.

It really isn’t even that enjoyable when you think about.
